With Grateful Hearts: A new beginning

With joyful hearts and profound gratitude, we are thrilled to announce that Holy Name Chapel Foundation has secured the funding to purchase Holy Name Church from the Archdiocese of Cincinnati!

This extraordinary milestone belongs to our community. To every donor who gave so generously, every person who prayed, and everyone who believed in this mission: THANK YOU. Your faith and generosity have made possible something we could never have accomplished alone. We see the hand of our Lord in the hearts He has moved and the doors He has opened.

Our expected closing date is October 13, the 109th anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima.

For us, this date carries beautiful significance as we witness a community coming together, through God’s providence, to secure a place dedicated to protecting life and bringing healing.

Just blocks from an abortion facility in Cincinnati, Holy Name will begin a new chapter as a center of pro-life prayer and activities for the tri-state. Our vision is a sanctuary where the dignity of every preborn child is honored and where mothers, fathers, families, and former abortion workers can find compassion, healing, and the mercy of Christ.

There is much work ahead as we prepare this sacred place for its mission: to help end abortion and offer hope to all wounded by it. Today, however, we pause to give thanks—to God, and to each of you who has helped bring us to this moment.

You have given more than funding. You have helped us create a stronghold for LIFE for all the pro-life faithful.

Please continue to pray for a successful closing and for all that will unfold within our mission at Holy Name and beyond. May Our Lady of Fatima guide us and may everything we do at Holy Name bring glory to her Son.
